Each year Citoxlab invests in the development of competences for its staff by proposing in‑house and outsourced training. As soon as they arrive, people attend a training program within our departments in order to understand our organization and to facilitate their integration.

Every member of staff has access to training within the scope defined or others actions according to legal rules which allows them to increase in expertise, management skills, and contributes toward their personal development.
